At Build Redux, we stand behind our craftsmanship and offer a 30-day return window for all high-performance gaming systems and components. If your build does not meet your expectations, we are committed to making it right through a repair, replacement, or refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and details regarding the issue to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack your PC in its original internal and external packaging, including the protective expanding foam, to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Build Redux

  Affix the provided shipping label to your box and drop it off at the designated carrier location for secure transport to our technical facility.

• 4.
  Inspection and Processing

  Our technicians will inspect your system upon arrival, and once verified, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
